Just a couple quick things to check without knowing your info (I just went through this):

1) There is an updated degas bottle cap (a TSB from Ford about this problem) - fixed my "under load, high boost" puking. About $11 from my local Ford dealer...

2) Is your degas bottle too full? It should at the "low" mark when fully warmed up.

Good luck!

Blown head gaskets? Bottle to full? Are you using any coolant other then whats coming out the bottle? Any smoke? White or blueish?

Many dealers are quick to blame the head gaskets. I know when I had the same issue during towing, everyone said hg's. In my case it ended up being the oil cooler. I am starting the think the hg's fail if the oil/egr cooler issue is not found soon enough. When you are towing and puking coolant, is your engine fan coming on full duty cycle? You will know it as it sounds like a 747 under your hood. Do you have the ability to monitor oil and coolant temps?

It's not just dealers, and it's not just head gaskets. My truck was running hot only when towing and the first thing that was recommended was EGR and oil cooler. Deleted the EGR, replaced the oil cooler and still had overheating problems. Went through the entire cooling system next to find what was wrong and found nothing.
I finally got smart and got a gauge to watch temps of ect and eot. My fan was coming on, but not until it was already too hot. Ended up taking the tuner off of it and trying it stock, and it seems better so far, but won't know for certain until I try a long tow with it this weekend.
I would get a good monitor on it ASAP and start to try and understand what is really happening before replacing anything. I agree that the oil cooler/egr/head gasket issues could be more of a result of other problems going undetected for too long than the root cause of a problem.
