Need help

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition 4X4 with the 4.6L V-8. I am not sure which automatic transmission is in it. I am looking for a replacement for it as mine is about to go. I have been looking for a vehicle with a compatible transmission to maybe swap with it. Can anyone provide any information that would be helpful?

Check the door jam sticker. U=4R70W and E=4R100. Should be a U.
