Bottle Jack- Height needed

Hello,

I tried searching this forum but could not seem to find what I am looking for. I need a jack for my F250 as the stock one is out of commission. I can't find any info as to what the max lifting height needs to be for the jack in order to purchase the right size. The factory replacements are way over priced. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks folks

Any bottle jack should work as long as fits under the axle. Hope that answers your question

A standard 12 ton bottle jack from Sears, Harbor Freight, or Home Depot works just fine.

A 12 ton jack for an F-250 is a bit much,a 2 -3 ton will more than do the job
