relays are buzzing no start

relays are buzzing no start
i was changing radiator support and had battery rigged . moved truck and battery fell over truck shut down. now it won't start and the underhood relays are vibrating buzzing (all of them) relays don't buzz so the power or ground to them must be cycling rapidly and my fuel gage went all the way past full. not working.
Did i fry the engine controller? it's a 1993 4.9

You lost the ground at the radiator support for the fuel tanks.
It also sounds like you lost the body ground near the battery.
Also make sure the big battery ground cable goes to the engine block and not the frame.

thanks you da man. it's wasn't the one in the picture but there was a clip on ground i remember i removed when taking the support off. i put it back and viola! the fuel pump went on.
