Question about pics
I read the thread about how to post pics. So if I am reading this right you first have to upload to your album then link it to your message via web address? If that is correct then why don't they just put a upload link on the message section so you can upload from you computer and save the step of uploading to the album first. Or maybe I just did not read far enough through the ten plus pages of messages?

You're correct, you can post any photo that is parked on the interenet, not just the ones you have posted in your gallery. You could use one of the free image hosting web site. As long as the picture you want to post has a URL you can post it in your message.
Some sites allow you to upload directly from your computer but FTE doesn't have they feature unless you become a paying member. Membership for a year is $20.
