I know it is probably there but I can never find anything using the search option. I should have a picture of this but not to be found. 1952 F1 fuel line routing from the tank to the firewall is what I am after, appreciate any pictures.
Don't feel all alone - the search function here is pretty bad and you need a lot of experience with it to get what you need - if it's there at all.
Here are a couple pictures. The ones in the 48-56 Ford Truck Parts and Accessories Illustrations Catalog are wrong because they show the 48-55 tanks as being the same and they aren't - 48-52 tanks are behind the seat in the cab like the 56, and the 53-55 tanks are under the left running board.
The large picture here is of the 56 system. It will be the same as the 48-52 for tank placement and initial line routing out to and down the frame. The other two drawings show the different routing to the Flathead V8 and IL6s.
Use good steel lines and do not use any rubber hose over 4" in length to join them. There are stell braded flex hoses available from fuel pump to carb.
