Missing at an idle

The truck runs great but seems to have a slight miss at an idle, an ideas? it's a 96' F-350 PSD...........Thanks

Do you notice any miss at higher rpm? Have you checked the valve cover gasket harnesses?

no, it runs great at anything but an idle.....It's been like that for as long as i've had it which is only a month so i wouldn't know if there was any power loss.

Have you cleaned the FPR screen ?...

hmm i guess i better do a search and figure out what it is and how to clean it.........I'm assuming an FPR is the fuel pump regulator?

Take out the fuel filter , inside the canister , there is a small round hole Fuel return) it has a screen in it that gets clogged with debris . Most use a que tip ,without the tip to clean it ...
