Hello,
I have a 1965 F250 camper special, and I was wondering about the seam where the roof meets the cab. There seems to have been some product that has worn away leaving a gap there. Something was also added to the rain gutter that has deteriorated as well. Thank you.
Most auto body shops carry "Seam Sealer" brands vary. Auto paint stores carry "Seam Sealer" Once again brands vary. Scrape out all of your old sealer. Depending on condition of your truck, will depend on how agresive you want to get with the removal of the sealer. Of course with most people, money and time are a big factor. As with seams, time is important due to moisture getting in and eating away at your metal. So it's up to you to seal the best you can. Most places you can get a tube for under $20.00
Good luck
