plug identification help

plug identification help

On my '89 7.3 there is a plug on the passenger side of the block that has three male terminals, the middle one little higher than the other two. Can any body help me identify what goes there? Im thinking a block heater, but im not sure.

Back near the starter in a freeze plug location a couple inches above the oil pan?

Sounds like the block heater.
