ROUGH IDLE

I changed the spark plugs in my truck a while back, and when i did so i used the champion spark plugs not the origianl motorcraft ones. I now am noticing the truck idles rough sometimes when i pull up to stop lights or what have you. could it have anything to do with the new plugs? I didn't change the coils or the boots.

I doubt its the plugs unless one is defective. Most likely its the coils, boots, or your fuel filter.

i have already changed the fule filter and your right about the plugs. Isnt there a problem with the original boots not fitting over the plugs or something?
