Fuel filter?
What is the best fuel filter for my E99 PS?
My Bruce Amacker book advises against using after market units because of the cheap paper in them.
Any one have any experience with this?
I don't mind paying dealer prices but it is out of my way to drive to the dealer just for a fuel filter.

I use Baldwins.
Yea, cheap paper allright! Yea, you betcha'.....
That's not to say that there aren't some cheap-papered filters out there, but there are many reputable manufacturers that are maybe BETTER than Ford OEM.
When Mr. Amacker uses generalities like this, what happens to his credibility?
