1965-1992 T18 transmissions fit from all gas engines. I aint sure if the diesel input shaft is different.
You need the bellhousing for your engine. I think you said you had a 4spd OD and I belive that is the same bell. I aint sure where you are at but I have a NP 435 which is slightly stronger yet with an even lower first gear.
1965-1992 F100-F800 trucks had optional NP435 trannys.
The only thing I can guess with the old 10 spline is somthing from a flathead or a Yblock. Over to the left and up says maby a MD or HD floorshift manual I belive borg warner built them for ford. There are also some spicer and ford factory designs that are this way.
Over to the right and up is a T98 4spd. T18 and the NP435 are over to the right and down.
