Well tomorrow is "D" day.....doomsday so to speak. We are having to put our Golden Retriever/Lab down tomorrow afternoon. She has been ill for quite sometime now and according to the vet shouldnt have lived more than a few wks (that was 3-4 months ago). So we have been blessed with her for alittle longer but its her time.

Actually guys I am hoping I CAN get the root canal. This is tooth #19. Second one from the back on the bottom. That's my eatin' tooth!

I had to have a root canal a few years back....ask for the gas and it'll be worth it.

Well my 3rd from the back is hurtin, I broke it and several others in my wreck, you grit your teeth in a fall, and driving with a mouth piece is insane for everyday life. The center has rotted out of it, I refused to go to the dentist with it, no dental ins either, I gotta find a way to get it pulled. No root canals for me, that's where they make their money, after my accident, a dentist could have scheduled a trip to the Caribbean.

There used to be a place called "DentaCare" that provided dental services at reduced rates....they may still be around. There are also clinics that give free/nearly free dental care for differently abled people. http://tennddnetwork.org/
