After finally getting parts replaced, it worked great, no issues, drove it for about a week, then went on vacation for 2 weeks. When I came back, I got in, went to go pickup my dogs, and now its doing a weird sputter/bucking as it gets under load... under normal conditions, as I am accelerating from a stop, as I near the first gear shift, it bucks and sputters, I let off the gas some and then it will kick up to the next gear and drive fine, as it nears the next shift, again it does the exact same thing.
What is weird is it will always do it, but some mornings it will be really bad, like I can't get much above 25mph, the whole time its just kicking and sputtering like those old cartoon cars. Yet some mornings it only does it if I really get on the gas... any ideas? Heres a list of parts replaced so far...

No codes being thrown either, accept the stupid 512 - EEC battery powered Keep Alive Memory (KAM) test failed. - can't figure this one out for the life of me...
Oh completely forgot, when I replaced plugs/wires all plugs were perfect, well, looked how they should, slightly browned and thats it - checked gaps on the old plugs some were out, but not by much, I gapped all the new plugs to spec.
Looking to run a fuel pressure and compression check, just have to get the gauges...
Their good, when I tore into it to get at the PIP, I gave it a good cleaning and there were no cracks, sign of heavy wear, gear was great, no burns on the shaft.
