not sure on that, but I'm thinking of calling tomorrow and cancelling my order. I ordered the bilstein 5100's a week and a half ago, and they said it would be sometime this week when THEY received them, and another 5 days later I'd have them. I don't know if this is the usual with them, but I'm fairly unhappy with the service. anybody else have to wait forever for shocks from them?

Same thing happened to me last year. I ordered from them and after nearly 2 weeks I contacted them to see where my shocks were. They were backordered and wouldn't be in for nearly 2 months. Needless to say I was upset. At least contact me to let me know they are backordered.
I spoke with them yesterday, and they said the issue is with Bilstein taking their sweet time fulfilling orders. Shockwarehouse is in FL, and they said they get the shocks from a distributor in CA, and there is no definitive timetable as two when the CA dist will ship to them. I ordered on 8/20 and the dist shipped to S.W. on this monday (over a week later). SW expects them on friday, and I should have them sometime tues. I told the customer service rep I wasn't pizzed at him specifically, just that NOBODY, no disclosures, etc, stated that one should expect delays when ordering Bilstein shocks. I chose standard ground shipping, what if I had paid for overnight? kinda stupid to pay for next day air, when it will still be a week plus before they are shipped.
He said they didn't email me to expect delays cause they were an in stock item, and not backordered. I'd hate to think what the delay would be if the CA dist didn't have them in stock. If you google "bilstein back order" you'll see that there have been backorders of over 6 months in some cases.
I got my 5100 Bilstiens from Shockwarehouse and the service was great, guess they had plenty in stock. Alex, I believe the 5100's will fit up too a leveling kit or 2 inch lift, it worked with my 2 inch front level and my F-350 blocks that about 3.75 inches in the back total (inch and three quarters over stock 250 blocks), you'll be fine, so will the ride..
