Shockwarehouse FTE discount code

Do FTE members still get a discount through shockwarehouse? if so does anyone know the code. Time for some new shocks

not sure on that, but I'm thinking of calling tomorrow and cancelling my order. I ordered the bilstein 5100's a week and a half ago, and they said it would be sometime this week when THEY received them, and another 5 days later I'd have them. I don't know if this is the usual with them, but I'm fairly unhappy with the service. anybody else have to wait forever for shocks from them?

Sort of off topic but do the Bilstein 5100rs fit a non lifted truck? The website suggests the shocks for trucks with 3 to 6 inches of lift.

I was just about to order these when I logged on and found this thread.

Also wondering about their service before I order them since I live in Alaska.

I had good luck with them last year when I ordered my shocks. Only took them a few days to ship and arrive.

I spoke with them yesterday, and they said the issue is with Bilstein taking their sweet time fulfilling orders. Shockwarehouse is in FL, and they said they get the shocks from a distributor in CA, and there is no definitive timetable as two when the CA dist will ship to them. I ordered on 8/20 and the dist shipped to S.W. on this monday (over a week later). SW expects them on friday, and I should have them sometime tues. I told the customer service rep I wasn't pizzed at him specifically, just that NOBODY, no disclosures, etc, stated that one should expect delays when ordering Bilstein shocks. I chose standard ground shipping, what if I had paid for overnight? kinda stupid to pay for next day air, when it will still be a week plus before they are shipped.

He said they didn't email me to expect delays cause they were an in stock item, and not backordered. I'd hate to think what the delay would be if the CA dist didn't have them in stock. If you google "bilstein back order" you'll see that there have been backorders of over 6 months in some cases.
