if you already have the 3" elbow, then you will have to try and get a exhaust shop to make it for you because ATS the company that makes all that quit making parts for our engines. if you have the ford factory 2.25" then you are for sure gonna have to have an exhaust place make it for you but your gonna have to take the flange on your old one and have them reduce the 3" to make it but up.

idahodisco do you have a turbo on yours? your signature says soup bowl... if you have that than the turbo down pipe will not work for a non turbo truck. if you do not have a turbo than a good exhaust would be one similar to the one fordf250hdxlt had made for his

2.25" ID pipe is the biggest thing that will fit in the exhaust manifold clamps on a NA engine.

You can go to bigger pipe a couple inches below those clamps on each side though.

Not sure, but I thought the 99 PSD had a 3" down pipe from the factory.

The 97 PSD had the same smashed down pipe that the IDI turbo had, 235 HP.
The 99 Super Duty redesign left room for a bigger down pipe, and that had them rated at 250 HP which soon went to 275 HP.
