Custom made out of a piece of sheet steel and some 2" exhaust tube.
I looked into having them made of plastic one time, it was going to be $15k just to have the mold made, so I passed on the idea.

Oh, and I'm sorry if I'm the first to inform you that smoking is bad....

you should be able to do fiberglass as well. just have to build some sort of skeleton to get the shape like you need it! good thing is you can trim it to fit!
