Question A-pillar Gauge Recommendations?

What auxiliary gauges would you guys recommend I put on my 2000 7.3L PS? Exhaust Gas Temp, Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure, etc?

Also, what A pillar kit(s) would you recommend? I like AutoMeter-style gauges, generally....

Installation thoughts are welcome, too, I would like to do this soon...

Thanks and Cheers!

The three most common are pyrometer, boost, and transmission temperature. You aren't necessarily bound to that, though. I know one guy that has 15 guages in his truck, and he can tell you everything about what's going on under the hood. When I asked him why he felt it necessary to have all those guages, he told me that once he replaced the engine, he decided that no number of guages could cost as much as another replacement.

A good place to look at gauges and mounts is genosgarage.com. I like what I got from them and didn't spend a fortune.

My opinion would be boost, and EGT as the two most important gauges you could have in your truck. I have the two above along with a volt gauge , because i like to keep a tab on the voltage of the truck at a glance.I have a two gauge a-pillar from Autometer , and the steering coloum pod from them as well. I agree with what Quadzilla said , it is basically up to you as far as what gauges you want to run.............

D.I.S has a nice selection and compeditive prices. Good folkes to deal with. I have the three gauge pillar mount, they painted it for $7.00. I went with the Isspro -Pyro, Boost and Trany gauges.

I went with a dual pyro/boost gauge, fits in one pod, looks clean.

I found this too, which is pretty nice and seems like a reasonable price:

GOS Racing has this at $330 for the whole package, including the pod painted to match:
