272 Engine parts
Well I'm starting to find out why my 272 gave up. I found 2 exhaust valves burned through so I know heads need redoing The new valves I've found, but I have a broken Exhaust valve stem guide. There are alot of 272's still out there but I can't locate a exhaust valve guide. Does anyone know who has them? I've tried JobLot, Blue Oval and local parts stores-no luck

Are you having a machine shop do the heads? If so, they have sources for things like valve guides that us other folk can't easily access. I'd check with whomever you intend to have work the heads.
