Stock Power Levels

Dont know if this has been covered before but I did a search and couldn't find any info on Stock Power Levels of the 7.3.
Has anyone got any accurate info on the power/torque levels of the stock 7.3.
Is the information, off the site I have provided in the link below, correct?

Here is exactly what you are looking for I bet
7.3 L Power Stroke Specs

As far as prices it is tough for us to determine fair prices in Australia. We do have a couple of peeps that are from there tough, Maybe Brian will chime in.

You had me a little confused about being an 05 with a 7.3 but now it makes sense!

Thanks very much for that link. I see the Horsepower and Torque numbers dont really match up to those in the links I provided so it would be interesting to find out which figures are right. I must say that some of the Redbook figures dont seem too accurate.
Redbook
175kw (234.6 hp)
684Nm (504.5 lb ft)

International
275 hp (205 kw)
525 lb ft (711.8Nm)

Ok thanks again Jim, as you say a lot of info on that site is inaccurate and that is why I wanted to check if the power and torque figures they supplied were right.
I do know one thing but the prices they indicate are pretty close to the money.
Our late model F250's are very expensive compared to yours there in the States.
We only have up to 2006 model F250's here in Australia because Ford stopped bringing them into the country in that year. So because there are only a certain number of them over here they tend to really hold there value.

upgrade to 275hp

Does anyone know if a ford dealer can upgrade the 235 & 250 hp engines to 275hp by electronically retuning them????

They do seem to hold their value there for sure Scott. Maybe I should start importing them to Australia? If it were only that easy!

Short answer no. You need an aftermarket tuner to do that.
