E-150 headers

I am finding headers for F series trucks would they fit the e-150 series vans with the 4.2,I have a 1997 e-150 with this engine and would like to upgrade the exhaust and maybe stuff in a set of 3:73's in the rear for the tools I haul in it.

All I've seen are shortys for the 4.2 and they should fit about the same as the stock manifold but aren't really worth the effort performance-wise.
