I just installed a levelling kit into a customers 08 F-350 last week, it was very easy to do , so Yes I recommend it as I think it took about an hour to do and worse case scenario you dont like it and you take it back out....

To kind of add to the discussion... you did a puck on top of hte coil?
For the Tundras (and I assume f150s as well) you have two different types of leveling kits. one that sits on top of the strut, and one that will elongate it.
If I ahd gone the leveling kit route, I would have gone on top of the strut as it doesn't change ride quality at all. However, doesn't it change the angles more than the one that goes in between the coil? I know that sounds weird, and I'm no mechanic or engineer, so I don't know... but I believe I read that earlier.

Yes Thicker rubber spacer on top of the coil spring, and a new set of front shocks.. ... Didnt appear to effect the ride at all as the fellow that owns the truck said it drives exactly the same...
