I am new to this site and I have a 2000 f-150 with the 4.2 liter v-6 it all of a sudden started running real rough. it has the code p0302 #2 cylinder misfire so I changed plugs and wires and this did not fix the problem can anyone help with this issue. any help would be appreciated. thanks

if its not the plug or wire, its normally the coil. im not sure on the V6.. i think you have a 6 pack coil with 3 pairs ? Possibly you should be getting a second code on the corresponding cylinder ?
