98 Mountaineer alignment question

I was wondering if anyone knows if the 98 Mountaineer comes with camber bolts all ready in them. I need to take my Mountaineer to get it aligned and cant tell if the bolt in there are cam bolts or not. They look like there 4 sided and not an oblong washer. I don't want them calling and telling me they cant do it unless I buy "there" cam bolts. If I need them I will buy them my self and put them in. So are these cam bolts in these from the factory, or do I need to buy some?

First 2 instructions from the service manual:
1. Remove the nuts and alignment plates.
2. Install the cams and the nuts.

This infers that the cams are not installed at the factory.
