FRom what i herd sct is the best, they run around 330. Got a V10 Ford F250/350/450/550?

The hardware is all pretty comparable.
The key to happiness is the software!
Mike at 5-Star is very, very good at writing the tune YOU want. You owe it to yourself to at least talk to him before buying any tuners. A nice guy that knows what he's doing. And that understands customer service. He can get busy (one of the results of being the best), but he will get back to you.

SCT five Star's
I like the one I recieved from 5 Star's Tunning. The shifting is much better and the truck has lots of extra power.
I will be towing with it next week and will report back.
I will be towing a 9k 30 foot TT for 4 hundred miles.
I think the MPG are better. My truck is not broken in yet and only has 2000 miles on it.
