Manual trans availability
What was the last year for the manual trans behind a V8? and were you limited to a cab configuration?

The last year of availability as far as I know was 2003 (previous generation body style).

My buddy ordered his 03 new and IIRC the 8v was only available in the supercab or something stupid like that. He opted for the super crew with the 5.4 and auto
