coolant question

First off this is my first diesel i have ever owned or work on. i have work on gassers since i was a kid just new to diesels.i have a 89 f350 7.3. it blows antifreeze out of the rad. it doesn't miss at all. it won't start without starting fluid. i was thinging head gasket but without it missing i wasnt sure. it does have an aftermarket turbo. could it be anything other than a head gasket. thanks for any help anybody could give.

well you said it blows antifreeze out of the radiator????? i would assume the radiator would be the problem...... not being a smartass but it sounds like that would be it

Ummm, this doesn't sound good. The most likely two options are headgaskets, or cavitation has pooched a cylinder.

thats what i thought but man it runs smooth. i was thinking would miss with either of the two. i'll pull the heads and see whats there. that turbo looks like a pain to get out
