What's a good axle swap for the rear?

Looks like you have a 1952.
Read this article: 1948 through 1960 Ford F-1 and F-100 Rear Axle (differential) Swaps .: Articles. It'll tell you everything you need to know and answer your question.
Basically, any 9" rear end from a 57-72 F100 is a direct replacement. 57-67 should be a direct bolt-on, while 68-72 would require a minor modification of the spring perches. You'll also need new rear shock mounts or find some from an F2. The rear shock mount plates are available from Speedway Motors. You should also grab the shock mounts from the 57-72 9" rear end, if they're availble, as they may work for your application.
