How do i do this? i cleaned the tube and everything out but how do i just do away with it for good? after i cleaned the tubes and every thing out i had a serious loss of power and the CE light was on all the time...
I don't think you can eliminate it. I asked a while ago, as I screwed up the fitting on the exhaust end and had to get a new line and fitting. No one answered me that I could eliminate it so like I said I got parts and fixed it. I never had a cel, just wanted to clean the tube. I don't know what else to tell ya for sure. Not much help for you.
Like I said, I don't think you can eliminate the tube and sensor. What brownie was talking about is the ebpv on the pedestal of the turbo, it can be cut off with the pedestal off and then alum. weld the pedestal up.

The tube, fitting and sensor can all be removed and thrown away. Just use a pipe plug to fill the hole in the front of the manifold.
Dam, I wish someone would have told me that!! I spent almost 100 bucks including overnite shipping for parts to get here when my fitting stripped out on the bottom. Oh, well I guess.
What does that sensor do then?? Is it just to activate the ebpv?
