Differences between standard F250 and SD

Differences between standard F250 and SD
Looking for the differences between your basic F250 and a SD. I would think that the suspension would differ but not sure. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I looked thru the FAQ's but was unable to find specifics. Thanks in advance.

By "basic F250" I assume you mean the pre '99 trucks before the Super Duty line was introduced? There's a pretty good description here:

Could also be one of the F-250s that was of the same body style as the '97+ F-150s. I think they made them until '99 or 2000 when they rebadged it as the F-150 7700. It was basically a higher payload version of the F-150 with 7 lug wheels, heavier axles, and heavier suspension components.

Thanks for the reply. That pretty much settles that. A side note, I have relatives in Brookings Ore. Sure is a nice place. My folks had property out there too, but they're both gone now. We have since sold the land. Too bad, but my wife wouldn't move. Been with her too long to get rid of her
