Pulling a 14k trailer. My boost never went over 20psi and I was limited to 45mph. When I try to excel truck spotters no power but I could give it little pedal 10 boost n it will hold 45mph. No smoke except for black if I floor the petal. Fuel filters 10k oil fresh air filter 3k Truck didn't get hot nor did the trans temp go up. Don't have gauges. Any suggestions.
Sounds like an EGR issue. When mine did that it was a crack in the up-pipes(y-pipes). It sucked hauling a heavy load of trees going in the trucker lane becaue I couldn't go faster then 45. I would look for a crack or some other issue with the EGR pipes or clogged EGR valve itself.
If you don't have a/m gauges, then you don't know if the trans or the truck(ECT) got hot or not as each movement of the stock gauge translates into a very big temperature range. So your truck and/or components could have been getting hotter then normal and you wouldn't know about it if all you have to go by is what the gauges in the cluster tell you.
new scenario, I dropped the trailer and truck is strong. I can go as fast as i like as long as I do it gradually. If I mash on it the boost stop at 20 and nothing happens only a loud engine.

That to me sounds like you have a leak somewhere. I'm still saying cracked y-pipes, but when I had those symptoms that's what it was for me.
