the entry module I looked in mine 94 f150 and there are too different boxes but they dont say any thing on them just trying to get an idea of what it looks like and exzact location thanks
There was another that showed the label on the front, but I can't find it now. If you pull the lower trim panel under the sterring column, to the right of the column behind the location the storage whole in thee panel would be, there will be a module with the label clearly visible that says keyless module on it.

I would imagine early-mid 90s. My 1993 Mustang GT did NOT have keyless. It takes about 5 minutes to take off, look and reattach the panel under the steering wheel. You need a T15, if I remember right.
So I look and looked, I don't have the key less modal in my truck. I went to the the yard and did find one, but it doesn't look like my wiring harness has the correct connectors just sticking out waiting for the modal. Has anyone installed a modal that wasn't in there truck to start out with with any success?
not that it's really helpful, but I can't sleep so I'll add my story.
when I bought my truck, I asked the owner where the keyfob was when he gave me they keys. He said the truck didn't have keyless entry. I told him that it should have. he said he didn't think the truck had it.
I pulled all of the keyless entry parts from my 95, and when I opened up the dash on the 96. Everything was there. I pulled out the keyless module and popped the one from my 95 in... and bingo, my old keyfob worked.
Skyfox,
So your saying the 96 didnt have it. But you had the wiring for it already. So al you did was plug in your remote entry box to the prewired plug under the dash? And it worked.
I hope my 93 Bronco is already pre wired. I dont believe i saw the module when i was looking under there.
Would be nice to go to a junkyard and buy the module and plug it in.
I would imagine that most every vehicle is already "wired" for it (saves costs). You probably just need the module and remote and you'll be good to go.
