Emblem removal question
Hey, I'm going to have my baby painted a hunter green next week and was wondering if I should remove the emblems? If so, how would I go about doing this? I realy want to do a nice clean professional job without damaging or messing anyting up.

Take EVERYTHING off. Emblems, all door trim, door lock assemblys. Anything that makes direct contact with painted metal. That is the right way to do it. Even glass and gaskets. Otherwise the paint will chip where it meets the rubber gasket.
Some emblems have metal washers on the back. I would push them out from behind.
