Has anyone done business with my4by.com? The have the Rancho RS9000xl for $320 plus shipping and a $100 rebate which looks pretty good. Just curious about the company.

I have. Twice actually. I bought the RS9000XL shocks last summer during one of their specials because they had the best price anywhere. I was most impressed because I ordered them on a Monday morning and they were delivered clear across the country to me on Wednesday morning, barely 48 hours later. I was hesitant to buy from them but they have a solid score at the BBB so I wasn't too concerned I would have problems with them.

I checked the BBB also and I think thats the way I'll go. Looks like $24.95 for shipping so not to bad. After the rebate it will be around $245.00

My other order from them was last Christmas. They had the best price on a locker for my brothers Toyota truck. I ended up ordering the wrong locker, but they caught this mistake before shipping and told me which was the correct one to buy. I later searched google it turns out they were still the lowest price on it. So they are 2 for 2 in my book and when I need my next part I will look at their website first.

 

If in doubt do a price match at Summit, I did it and it was 323.00 and free shipping. Just a FYI.

Edit: had my shocks in 2 working days last week.

 

4wheelparts price matched 4 wheelonline and got my ranchos for 319 delivered then the rebate 219 for 4. Had to wait do to back order on the 9000s, 3weeks but worth ever penny!!

 

I asked 4wheelparts Wholescammers to do a price match for me one time. It was the only order I ever placed with them. They matched the price, but then added on some bs charge to nearly make up the difference of the price match. Huge ordeal. I won't get into it now, but I will never shop with those con artists again. Just do a google search on them and you'll find page after page of complaints for overcharging and other shady business practices. I don't care if they've got the lowest price from the get-go, I'll never buy from them again. I'll spend a few bucks more and give my business to the honest guys.

 

I just purchased mine from Amazon - 4 shocks plus the steering stabilizer was 397.00 and it was all in stock. That was the key for me since several stores showed lower prices but didn't have anything in stock.
