This one has two ports on the spyder, one for the map and one for the wastegate, I just want to plug/delete both and wondered how other people had done it.
I plugged mine with jb weld. No problems as of now. Cold side is the pass. side and I had to cut and weld a couple together to get to my spyder. The drivers side I just lengthened the pipe 4-5 inches just off the spyder a little bit. I'll be working on my truck a little today and I'll take a couple pics for you (if I remember)
I tapped the 2 holes and then used some locktite and a couple little bolts. As for the tubes, I got the cold side cut and welded and added and elbow at the bottom. Really depends on how you want to route it. PS line? I just manually adjusted it routing.
The PS line on mine was in the way too. The line will just rotate in the fitting so I just rotated it out of the way. IIRC it now lays on the inner fender. I wrapped it with some heavy plastic hose protevtant just to keep it from wearing.
Thanks for the info and pics, I think I am going to have a couple inches added to both my pipes (they are both steel) and I think they will work nicely.
When I get the money I will order a set of boots from Riffraff.
