M5OD-R1 Question
I'm buying a 1994 Ranger with the M5R1 5-spd manual.
From what my brother is telling me, it's tough to get into 1st gear when it's cold, any ideas as to what could be causing that?

Possible synchronizer issue or low or dirty trans fluid. I have had a similar issue on my truck, I drained the trans fluid and filled it with fresh Amsoil synthetic fluid, it has not completely cured my problem but has greatly improved it.
