part number question
What are the part numbers for the frame side engine mounts for an '81 F100 with a 302?
I cant seem to find anyone but LMC that carries them and they want $100 each for them. I'm getting ready to do a 302 swap in my truck and i'm 90% sure the mounts on the frame are different then a 300.

The frame brackets are different between a v8 and a six. I thought this was a junkyard only item, but if LMC is starting to sell them, that would explain the $100 each price.
Ever go to the Library and see one of those paperback book exchanges where someone brings a book and then take one they haven't read yet? We need something like that for truck parts. One guy wants to put a v8 in his truck that had a six, and needs the v8 motor mounts. There will be another guy the next day that has a v8 and wants to put a six in his truck and needs the six mounts. Someone wants a 460 in his truck, another wants to take the 460 out.
Too bad there is no way to get some of these people together and exchange parts.
