I wish I had Bill Ford's phone number. But he won't give it to me. I didn't get invited to Chelsea Clinton's wedding either, dangit!

I have to assume that your warranty is either expired, or else your heavily modded truck has been denied. My advice to you is to find a good independent diesel shop in your area and move on with getting it repaired.

If you can share a little more detail on your issue, maybe we can find some help here on FTE.

Yeah, this is a losing battle. Best to just move on with life and pay for the repair. I could offer coulda, shoulda, woulda's, but what's the point?

truck was new $52,263.00 paid cash also got under coat and paint warranty. paid extra. truck is less then 6yrs old. trouble started while still
under warranty was taken in. as far as service on truck all done with motorcraft parts at my shops with license tech. let them try to pull that card I hope they do thats just asking to be sued. I am trying to avoid that. I also have paper work from dealer showing tests done on truck
tests for 7.3D four tests on two work orders a week apart.

ok heres is where I would go next step. If the service manager will not tell you why his or ford is not willing to help.
I would go to the showroom floor and ask to speak with the G.M. this is your best shot at dealer level. beyond that its either try a different dealer or pay up.

If it is connected to your emissions system, the EPA may be a possibility (since you say the issues started before the warranty expired). I have not heard of anyone using this agency, but they make themselves available for emissions related issues.

I just thought that the manufacture on any auto brand had to warrenty any emission related componet for ten years or something like that maybe a fedral law does anyone now about this
