trouble with 6.0
dealer and customer care is giving me the run around and will not fix.
long story been fighting with them since jan. need help
I have to assume that your warranty is either expired, or else your heavily modded truck has been denied. My advice to you is to find a good independent diesel shop in your area and move on with getting it repaired.
If you can share a little more detail on your issue, maybe we can find some help here on FTE.
took it in tech said they did not find anything.( hard to find if you do not drive it.) no motor mods. only body, paint, stereo. stored all winter.
egr cooler blew out all the way july 3rd at show. 69,109 miles they should fix.
if that truck has not had all the maintace done the dealer may not help.
if the truck is more then 6 years old from warranty start date the dealer can not help.
if the truck is more then 6 years old from warranty start date ford will not help.

under warranty was taken in. as far as service on truck all done with motorcraft parts at my shops with license tech. let them try to pull that card I hope they do thats just asking to be sued. I am trying to avoid that. I also have paper work from dealer showing tests done on truck

what does your mach 1 look like. I had the same in 1972 -1975 got hit by a caddy total loss back then.
I would go to the showroom floor and ask to speak with the G.M. this is your best shot at dealer level. beyond that its either try a different dealer or pay up.
