This cant be right...

i found this on my exhaust i know that its my o2 sensor and i know that this cant be right can it even work right this way and is it something that needs fixed now and where should it go??

Looks the same on both my 89 F250's and on my 91 F250.

Yup thats normal. Sensor looks a little old, but I see nothing out of ordinary

wow rele? i thought it went behind the pass side manifold? hmm thats different it just doesnt look stock so if i was gunna go with LTs where would i move it to?

thats stock, if you install headers, you need to have a bung welded into the new pipe, or into one of the headers.

as long as its reading both banks it you should be fine

doesn't need to read both banks,my 95 with long tubes runs great only reading the passenger's side and several others on here are set up the same way.

So where do i weld the bung too then on the LTs or farther down the exhaust?

Placement is key because if you have your O2 sensor too close to the head it could get overheated and if you put it too far down the tailpipe then the condensate may shock the sensor. I would put it 18" to 30" from the head....even it's only reading 1 cylinder.

On LTs just put it in the passenger side collector , it will be fine ...Lew

The bung on my longtubes is either right on the collector or just after it...but Im pretty sure its on the actuall collector itself. If the longtubes dont come with a bung already, ide just have the exhaust shop weld on onto the pipe that connects to it and be happy. Just make sure its located where the wires will reach.
