I have a 1965 2wd F100,custom Cab,swb, wide bed. I'm replacing all the bushings and steering components(tie rods and drag link). I'm needing a part number for a bushing that mounts to the frame/chassis just above the I-Beam. This rubber bushing keeps the I-beam from contacting the frame when the front spring is compressed. This bushing has a 3/8"-16 stud protruding from the top of it. In advance,Thanks for any assistance. As always, this website has been a trusted supply of information for my F100 rebuild. I'll post pictures when I learn how to get them off my digital camera and on to this website.

The only bumper I see in the front suspension illustration (and is listed in the text section of the truck parts catalogs) appearsto mount (the pic in the catalog isn't very clear-as the bumper is floating in space) to the upper spring seat that attaches to the inner fender apron above the radius rod.
I spoke with Dave at Parts International. He has two rebound bumpers. They are not exactly what I have removed from my truck. The new bumpers have a bolt that screws into them. My old bumpers have a stud protruding from the topside. He wants 70 'smackaroo-skees' for both plus Governor Perry's portion.. The wife would have a heart attack knowing I purchesed these two bumpers. I'm still weighing my options.

Call one or both of the two dealers that have the original part number (C5TZ3020A), see what they want for them. I'll betcha the price will be no more than 30 bucks for the pair.
There is no MSRP or dealer net cost prices listed on Ford's website for C5TZ3020A's any longer. The dealers are STUCK with the parts since they no longer can be returned to Ford for credit.
And since the parts were prolly "written off" years ago, whatever they get for them...is pure profit.
