Obviously I'm being a wiseguy, but it's for good reason because you didn't specify what motor you're putting the heads on(5.0 or 5.8) or what motor they came off.. and it makes a difference in both cases.
So in your case if those heads came off a 5.0 motor then it's a simple bolt on no changes necessary, but if they came off a 351 then the bolt holes will be larger and you'll need a set of head bolts with a 1/2" diameter collar at the top. For reference the 5.0 motor uses 7/16" head bolts while the 5.8 uses 1/2".
