Headlights not working....
Hey guys, installed a set of HID lights two weeks ago, work great, look great, the retards that sold me them forgot to send a relay as well so my high beams didnt work.. i just finally received the relay today and have been trying to install it. tried numerous times exactly like online. nothing. even took out the relay wire n put them back to how they were. nothing. went ahead and put in a bigger fuse to make sure it wasnt a power issue. tried 3 ground spots including the battery...... any help? the company i bought them through take half an hour to answer the phone and gave me the worst time trying to get the relay shipped or my money back.
anyone else have this issue? or have hid lights?

have you tried all the fuses under your dash? i have the duel beam 8000k hid installed and that was my problem. it blew both left and right high and low beam fuses so i had to replace 4 of them.

thank you!!! i tore it all back out and the controll box wasnt plugged in right? i think when i yanked on the ground wire it messed up. i also needed fuses. my high beams still dont work tho...... uhhhh..... the relay is connected as well.. idk what now

i would say just have them replace the kit. i had to do that when i got mine from H.I.D factory here in houston. it might be just bad bulbs or bad ballest. they should just replace it with no problems

yea he said he had no idea why it wasn't and would get it swapped out this week. so i hope that will solve it
