Anyone have any PCM problems???? HELP

For some reason my 94 crewcab with a 5.8l and it seems to be getting way to much fuel. ive replaced everything that needed replacing (and a few things that didnt) and it still seems to be getting too much fuel, it smokes horribly.
my fuel pressures, spark, vacuums, thermactors, and egr are all fine and dandy.

So i ran out of parts to replace today HAHA.
when i run koeo, i get 111
koer, i got 632 for the first time since ive been running tests for the last few weeks,

i dont think 632 is the issue,
im resorting to a PCM replacement, anybody have to replace one of those before because of something stupid like this? keep in mind the issue of a rich fuel condition.

Ok thanks, I'm just curious to see if this problem can occur in the PCM, anyone else have input?

Did you check your fuel pressure regulator? Pull the vac line off and see if your getting any fuel out of it. If you are, the diaphram is ruptured and it will cause the vac line to suck raw fuel into the intake. Just a thought and I hope you get it figured out!

One other thing that I can think of is leaky injectors, but that would make it difficult to start I believe. Good luck!

So I replaced the PCM today because I simply ran out of parts to replace. Still the engine is injecting way too much fuel. My PCM ground is fine and works great (only when neg. Battery terminal is connected?) and I've run out of things to check. I redid the timing again and checked my fuel pressure. I have nothing to lead off of, anymore ideas?

Clean your injectors? One or more could be sticking open.

He said he replaced the injectors.

All you've really said about what's wrong with it is that it smokes horribly. Can you describe the problem a little better? Why do you think it's getting too much fuel?

The truck has gotten to the point where it won't even start and just throws gray smoke out the exhaust. Seeing how it ran fine before I filled up at the shell station down the road, I decided to check the fuel, having little doubt It could be the problem. So I drained the gas from the fuel rail into a clear container and watched WATER separate from GAS. So thank you shell for providing me with water in my fuel. I'll drain the tanks and put some dry gas in and see how it works out.
