Damp weather?

Hi this is a strange one I am trying to figure out why my truck runs better when it is damp out seems to have way more power verses when it is normal out I know it sounds weird but this is what I have been experiencing this summer. I read the codes a week or so back just to see if anything was up because there is no CEL and I got a code for the map sensor so I fixed up my boost line which is T,d in to my map sensor hose cleared the code so far it has not came back so I figure that fixed that but maybe I am wrong ??

If anyone has experienced this I would sure like to here about it and what you did to fix it.

Thanks
Walter

Is it cooler when it's damp? Mine runs like a turpentine cat on cool mornings.

No pretty much only happens on warm humid damp days like today for example the humidity is pretty high and on days like today my truck hauls butt I even notice more black smoke when I get on it but on a normal dry temp day it acts normal.

thanks maybe I,m just losing it lol
