I just have a quick question. I am installing a drop pitman arm. I have the stock arm off and noticed the 4 alignment splines are 45 degrees off from the drop arm. I bought the drop arm off ebay that was advertised for an F250. I am just curious if this drop arm is not for an F250.
There are two different splines i believe, one with 9 teeth between each allignment notch and one with 8 teeth between each notch...
If you have the correct number of teeth it should be ok. By dropping the pitman arm you are also basically lengthening the draglink. The offset might be an attempt to compensate for this. Either way you will probably need to re-center your steering wheel with the adjustment sleeve.

Dayummm...you're smart....for a V10 owner...(kidding)
My concern is that the drop arm is 45 degrees left or right of center when installed.
OK, but what i was trying to say is that this could be intentional. When you install that drop pitman arm, you change the angle of the draglink making it more horizontal (the point of installing the drop pitman arm). Since you are reducing the height of the drag link, but not changing the length of the drag link, then Ipso Facto the horizontal distance from the drag link to the right front knuckle will increase. So, install the drop arm so it is pointing to the drivers side and it will eat up that increased horizontal length (although 45 deg sounds like a lot).
You could always try calling someone like Skyjacker and ask them if their drop arms are 45 deg off from stock...
