Okay Dave, I know this is my third post in a row, but.
I did some searching and it looks like we will have the 5th most posts for our BS thread out of all the states and provinces. PA has like 3500, Texas has 2600, NY has 1800, and thanks to Steve, the NJ thread is 1650. If you look back a year, it was really sad in here, so fifth is really good.
There is a lot of states with less than 100 posts for the month though.
That is great Lee! We have got this chapter hopping pretty good!

Thanks to Mike my truck is still running strong with almost 10k after the rebuild. Still have a pesky oil leak somewhere around the rear main seal though! Many nights with the goggles on under the truck with no success. haha.
Morning Steve, Eric and Dave and all else who stop by.
That is a nice looking truck Eric. That flatbed has pretty good value if you go to sell it.
Almost forgot, I have a buddy looking for some stock wheels for his 04 F250 stroker. Any leads?
Thanks. The seller is a mechanic. He did a lot of work on this. I'm not sure if he was responsible for some of the minor body work. But, he did all this:
All 6 Tires with Load range E BFG Traction T/A's which have a very agressive tread for snow and dirt!!
Both Batteries with Die Hard ones
All Dirve Belts
Injector return Lines, Collars and O-Rings
Wiper Motor
All 8 Glowplugs with Motorcraft ones, and brand new controller
Exhaust from the manifolds back
Fuel Tank
Power Stering Pump and Pressure Hose
Upper and Lower Rad Hoses
Radius Arm Bushings
Front and rear Brakes and Rear Wheel Cylinders and Axle Seals
Fuel Filter
I'd been struggling with the idea of buying it for the rims. Also, I'm curious about the bed. I doubt it's in good shape, being full of debris over the years. But, then again, perhaps replacing the bottom of it with some material with better tie down capability wouldn't be so bad either. It's always been a point of contention with me that they don't build better tie downs in pickups.
They're dually rims, of course. What is a stroker? (Powerstroke?) Pardon my newbiness. Also, I don't know how different the rims were between 1986 and 2004.
Hey Eric! Boy that guy did do quite a bit to that truck! If you buy a regular bed you could always add a plate to the floor or some rails with numerous tie down points in it. Especially when you have the bed off as that would make it a lot easier then.
You are correct sir a stroker is a powerstroke diesel! As far as rims go for that '04 he needs superduty ones from 99-04. The 05 and up will work but he will need some wheel adaptors to make them work.
My mom dropped a bomb on the rest of the family last night. It turns out that I have a brother. He is older than my oldest sister. My mom and dad had him when they were young, and gave him up for adoption. Turns out that he found my mom and now wants to meet us. Just strange thing to happen after 34 years.
My wifes mother gave up a daughter for adoption also. We met up with her a few times but she distanced herself from us again after a while so...

Just had to add a top board to the railings all the way around. When that is done we have some solar post lights we are going to mount. I rebuilt the railings completely last year and never finished off the tops. You don't want to rush these things...
Yeah don't move too fast on that! haha Maybe next year you could take a pic for us of your handywork. I will look forward to seeing it next year sometime! LOL Yeah like I have never put off something like that before!
Lee I don't know of any off hand but you just gave us something to look for on CL. haha XLT wheels or Lariat ones? Tires on them or not?
The truck had the amuminum wheels from the factory, but he would take what ever fits. He has aftermarkets on it know, and wants to go back to stock tires. Tires on is great, but rims alone is fine also.
I will take some pictures when it is a little more complete. Honest! Really!
Sure I will believe that when I see it!! LOL

Afternoon guys!
I just finished the rock landscape project. Wheew! That was a lot of work. I just need to finish it off with some edging and BAM, its done and can be crossed off the list. Then on to the next project. DANG, I always have something waiting to be done.
On another note, I backed the camper into the shed and it fit like a glove. Kinda tough to get it lined up cause we are on a hill and the shed is way lower then the driveway. So I have to put in a second driveway that will be grade level with the shed to make it easier (see another project).
OK, so here is what I mean. If you look the shed is lower and the only way to get the beast down there is along the side of my driveway and back it in to the doorway. The end of the driveway is too steep for the camper and the truck to go down (without major damage to the bed rails and camper).
