Not my favorite thing to do by any means. Not terrible now that I go every six months. When I had skipped it for about 8 years that first visit was BAAAAAAADDDDD!

Yeah that is what I am scared about I haven't been to a dentist in a lot of years so when I go I am sure it won't be pretty!

They had to use an ultrasonic device to break up the plaque and then scrape like crazy. Not fun. The assistant told me up front-"you won't like me this time but I promise in the future it won't be bad". He was right.
