Jay is correct it is a first come first serve basis. I just called the city because it is city owned and she said they usually leave the water and elec on through pheasent opener which is the third weekend I believe. We should have no problem with getting spots that time of the year. I will start a seperate thread on the gtg in the next day or so. We are looking forward to it also!
