Still have hard start issue

So I am having a hard start issue..looking around and saw some oil was gunked up around the last port on the driver side glow plug buss. Could this be part of my hard start issue or not. I just replaced the ipr, hpop, egr cooler, and had turbo and intake manifold cleaned.

Also, my batteries are reading 12.75-12.80 on each. My EOT after driving is 175 and ECT is 180. I dont know where to go here. Also, the ICP sensor has been replaced.

The truck will start in the morning, runs rough but is better with in a second or two. After driving and everything up to temp the truck will be difficult to start. I end up popping the hood and letting it cool off a little bit.

Any ideas would be appricated...I love my truck and just want it to have no issues for a little

Cleaned the EBP tube and MAP sensor hose?

The symptoms sound very much like a high pressure oil leak. Perhaps an o-ring leaking?

Also, sometimes after an oil cooler or HPOP job, the IPR screen gets torn and the IPR sensor fails soon after (even if it was changed at the time of the HPOP or oil cooler job).

The oil around the glow plug buss should not be an issue IMO.

Definitely sounds like a High pressure oil problem. Did you have a bad pump?, or was it replaced hoping to solve this problem?

You could have a leaking injector o-ring, oil rail hose STC fitting o-ring, case to head tube o-rings, or cracked branch tube. If the pump cover was installed incorrectly during HPOP installation, the o-ring from the pump outlet tube to pump cover could have nicked.

Before you go getting the high pressure system re-checked, check for codes. It should set a code for no ICP during engine crank if you have a high pressure problem. It should be a history code while running or starting cold and set active if you crank with no start hot.

Im going to take it back to ford here and see if they can scan it for me I dont have a SCT yet but am looking at investing in one soon. Is there a possibility that the icp sensor went out again. I replaced it about a week before I had the IPR, HPOP, and EGR Cooler go out. I also just sprayed the pigtail with connector cleaner and wiped it down real good (it didnt seem like it was covered in oil too bad).
