Building a monster DB2
Hi I've been reading a thread a friend of mine started on oil burners about trying to make a 400hp 6.9 and al the talk about the IP got me thinking I have one off the 6.9 I put in my truck I'm planing on tearing down and looking at the inner workings for fun. But a thing of debate is how much HP a DB 2 can suport and it gott me woundering what I could get out of a DB2 so I'm looking at possibly building it up or just bench racing it not sure yet as I don't want to spend the money or tear my truck apart to build an engine to run it on but any info on the DB2 and adjustments to timing curves transfer pump presure and what not would be help full.
